Location: San Diego County
K2 Environmental LLC provided environmental support to Sturgeon Electric on a nine-mile transmission line pole replacement project in San Diego County. Responsibilities included overseeing environmental compliance in the field, coordinating with biological and cultural monitors and managing stormwater issues. In addition, the environmental coordinator conducted a field review to ensure that areas were accessible and reviewed by resource specialists as necessary. All environmental issues were documented on the project. K2 also supported Sturgeon as necessary with landowner issues and access.
