Garrison Substation

Location: Gold Creek, Montana

This project scope included the reconstruction of 20,000 linear feet of access roads, transformer pad installation, and drainage improvements. The Garrison Substation is located in Powell County, Montana. The main environmental concerns on this project were erosion, dust control, dewatering procedures, drainage improvement planning, and spill prevention. K2 developed and maintained the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the duration of the project. K2 also helped coordinate site-specific reclamation at the site.
