Central East Energy Connect

The Central East Energy Connect project involves the rebuilding and upgrading of over 90 miles of transmission line in central New York. K2 is providing environmental support to MYR Energy Services, Inc. and the L.E. Myers Co. Full-time environmental inspectors are onsite to help the project stay in compliance, coordinate with construction and owner representatives, and provide daily documentation of activities. The project crosses numerous agricultural and wetland areas that require significant protection measures such as timber matting and bridging.
