Project Description
Location: Eastern Washington
K2 Environmental LLC provided environmental and right-of-way support to Sturgeon Electric Company during the reconductoring of approximately 82 miles of two circuits of 230kV transmission line, in eastern Washington. Responsibilities included developing site-specific training, flagged environmentally sensitive areas, coordinated with tribal representatives, managed landowner coordination, worked with counties on road use, developed reclamation prescriptions and conducted daily environmental inspections.
